All our invoicing is tax/vat compliant and we hold full public liability insurance.

WHAT WE DO

1. CORPORATE EVENT ENTERTAINMENT

We provide full day entertainment for corporate events throughout Ireland. We offer a full 3-20 piece party band with full brass section, full DJ service and drinks reception jazz ensembles. We also provide harpists, traditional Irish musicians, Irish dancers, drummers and singing waiters plus lots more, everything needed to wow your guests.

2. SOUND

We provide sound systems for all types of events throughout Ireland, ranging from small PA systems for intimate music and speech to full PA rigs for large conference rooms for awards nights and Gala Balls. We carry equipment to cater for all event requirements.

3. LIGHTING

We also provide a full range of specialised event lighting, ranging from on stage lighting to room up-lighting.

4. MANAGEMENT

This is where we really excel, right from the time of enquiry and booking, all your event details are uploaded to our dedicated online management system. Clients can log in live at any time to view all booking details. There is a dedicated event manager on call in the office at all times to answer all your questions and we manage every aspect of every event to minute detail. We also programme full day festivals and events such as the Galway Oyster Festival.

FESTIVALS – Example Event Type – Galway International Oyster Festival

A good example of corporate event management we provide would be the Galway Oyster Festival where we have programmed and provided the entertainment at the festival stretching over five years. We are always delighted to partner with the Galway Oyster Festival to create a custom experience for the international attendees of this world renowned event. We provide jazz musicians for the press releases in Dublin and Galway. In 2014, The Bentley Boys creative team programmed, produced and MC’d a hugely successful trad-fusion opening night for the festival in 2014. Day-time festival attendees were entertained by our outstanding nine piece party band. Night-time revelers at the festival’s Masquerade Ball enjoyed our top quality sound and lighting production whilst rocking out to the sounds of our 7 piece party band.

GALA BALLS

We work with Ireland’s leading charities to add the wow factor to the countries most prestigious annual Gala Balls. One such event over the past 12 months was the amazing Dubai Duty Free Ball for the Jack & Jill Foundation. This ball was held at the K-Club and we provided all music, sound and lighting production, drinks reception, jazz entertainment, full party band and DJ to keep the party going into the wee hours!

AWARDS NIGHTS

We partnered with one of Ireland’s leading event management companies to provide the entertainment at the amazing Leinster Rugby awards in the Mansion House in Dublin. What a fun night this one was and great to meet so many management and players.

CORPORATE STAFF PARTIES

We worked with one of Ireland’s leading event management companies to programme the entertainment for Google in the Iveagh Garden’s Big Top Festival. The creativity and energy of the software company needed to be manifested on stage and we costumed an amazing 8-piece party band in sync with the Google Corporate Colours, who rocked the tent for the thousands of staff who were there.
